STRUCTURAL & ENGINEERING FEATURES
> Sub-soil investigation and soil composition shall be tested using latest equipment. > The design of foundation and super structure shall be conducted by highly experienced structural and foundation engineers. > Structure capable of withstanding earthquakes measuring 7 on the Richter scale.
